Description
“There is no force equal to a girl determined to rise.” The Paper Crane box captures the spirit of hope and healing described by the Japanese legend of Sadako Sasaki and the thousand Paper Cranes. After becoming sick from radiation poisoning from Hiroshima, Sadako heard the legend that if she folded 1,000 paper cranes she would be given health. She then realized she could do more good by wishing for healing for the world. While she was unable to fold 1,000 cranes before her death, Sadako and the paper cranes have become synonymous with hope, healing. This box is designed to inspire a Birth Mama to look within, and around her, for hope and healing.
The Standard Paper Crane Box includes:
- Origami Paper Crane Adored with Beads and Hanger
- 5 Sheets of Origami Paper and Instructions to Fold Your Own Crane Origami
